DETAILS

v       *         Minimum purchase price is $200,000 for a 42" HDTV

v       *         Homes between $150,000-$199,900 qualify for up to a 32" HDTV

v       *         Homes between $100,000-$149,999 qualify for up to a 20" HDTV

v       *         Homes under $100,000 qualify for a Lowes gift card of $100

v       *         RE/MAX Right Way (David or Amy Maley) must be listed on the Purchase Agreement as the selling  agent and paid a minimum commission of 3% by the seller

v       *         Receipt of the HDTV will be within 30 days after the closing of your home

v       *         Models or Brand names are not guaranteed

v       *         TV will be delivered to your home, but you are responsible for installation and/or mounting

v       *        All of the stipulations listed above apply to homes that are listed with David & Amy Maley (RE/MAX Right Way) under our Full Service Listing Agreement with a minimum 6% brokerage fee.
